Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Sydney West / Hills district local to Northmead!
Situated in an easily commutable location, this is a highly supported environment that includes 2 experienced Clinical Managers, ACFI support, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.
The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!
