Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in beautiful Armidale, NSW.
This is a highly supported environment offering long term progression opportunities, internal structure includes experienced Clinical Managers, ACFI officer, 2x Rostering Officers plus admin team, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care staff.
The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success and maintaining a stable and welcoming environment.
